Welcome to Starcity Studio and starcityproperties.co.uk (the “Site”). This User Agreement governs your access to user areas of the Site. To use licensed images, also see our Content License Agreement.
We may update this Agreement at any time by posting changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, discontinue use.
1. Credits & Payments
You may purchase credits to use Starcity Studio features and to license Content. We accept common payment methods via our payment processor. Prices are shown at purchase. By paying, you confirm you are authorised and your billing information is accurate.
2. Use of Content
Content on the Site is protected by IP laws. You may download or use Content only as permitted by the applicable licence.
3. Registration & Security
Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify support@starcityproperties.co.uk of unauthorised use.
4. Rules of Conduct
Do not:
harass others;
upload unlawful or infringing content;
interfere with the Site's operation;
or promote third-party goods/services without permission.
5. Managing Content
We may review, remove, or edit content that violates this Agreement. You are responsible for content you upload or generate using the Services.
6. Confidential Information
You may gain access to our confidential information; keep it confidential during and after your use of the Site.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Starcity Properties for claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of this Agreement.
8. Term & Termination
You may terminate by emailing info@starcityproperties.co.uk. We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, you must cease unauthorised use of Content and the Services. Unused credits may be forfeited per plan terms.
“As Is” Disclaimer
The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starcity Properties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to the Site will not exceed EUR 5.00.
11. Age & Responsibility
You confirm you are of legal age and responsible for all use under your account, including by those you allow to use it.
12. Law & Disputes
Governing law: England. Venue: London courts. Disputes related to this Agreement may be subject to arbitration in London, as permitted by law.
13. General
If a term is unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid term that reflects the original intent. We may assign this Agreement; you may not without our consent.
